Washington Trip 2014 - Staying at Grandma's House

 The first week we were in Washington we spent at my parents health.

My parents ADORE my children. They were so excited to have us there.

And we were happy to be there.

 

My parents neighbors have goats and dogs and a pig.

Eli was so excited to go see the animals.

 



My parents bought Eli this little truck. He loves it and was riding all week.

 



 

 

My kids were the center of attention.

 in my parents cul-de-sac one morning while out walking with grandpa.

 



This is part of my parents' yard. It's private and gorgeous. I love it.

 



One morning we walked down from my parents' house to a nursery.

 



At the nursery there are some animals. We went an visited them several times.

The kids loved walking through the greenhouses.

There were endless amounts of flowers and water fountains.

 



One day while my parents were at work, we went out and came back to find

that the garage door opener stopped working.

And since we didn't have a key, Sean had to climb onto the roof and go in through the window.

 



My parents bought the kids a little pool. They loved playing outside in it.

 



My parents also set up a slip-n-slide. Lexi especially loved it.

One afternoon, my mom joined Lexi on it.

My kids were so excited to ride in my brother's truck.

 



My dear friend, Kathy, gave me her beautiful upright paino for free!
I am over the moon excited!!!

My brother helped us go pick it up

and my parents are letting us store it at their house until we buy a house.

I'm already so excited to go back next summer!
