I know I'm missing pictures and things that I would have blogged about if I had been blogging when things actually happened but at least point, I'm just happy that I'm blogging again.
Here's some pictures from June.
...
First up we have Lexi with a little bit of make up on.
She's getting better at putting her own eye shadow on.
Sean put the bases into place on our patio cover and put some solar lights on it too.
National Donut Day!
Sean went grocery shopping with Eli and came back with a coconut.
The kids wanted to eat it and drink milk just like Moana.
They weren't fans! Haha.
We had some backyard croquet games with the Hansens.
Here is Sean and the girls warming up.
We busted out the slip-n-slide a few times. And then Eli ripped it down the middle.
Here's Sean the night before he went back to work. He took five weeks off. It was amazing!
My first day flying solo, I took the kids to the library to sign up for the summer reading program.
This girl hasn't napped regularly in months.
But she still often needs naps.
So she falls asleep randomly sometimes.
We enjoyed some night time family walks before it got too hot.
This girl's hair cannot be tamed.
We decided to move Ruby into the bottom bunk.
That last 20 minutes!
She's still in her crib.
Sean started building a bench. The kids thought that the base for the seat looked like a ladder.
Here is where the bench will go.
And this is how tall it will be. It's going to be covered.
Ruby just looking cute.
The kids playing hide and seek with the Brady's.
The decided that it was more fun to all hide together.
Eli showing off some of his art.
Walking to church.
We bought couches for our living room.
Attempting to get a picture of Sean with the kids on Father's Day...
Lexi decided to try a new book series. She loved the first book.
Ruby pretending to go potty.
Lexi being a goofy ball.
We decided to make a dinner menu make the lyrics to the song Pizza Day by the Aquabats.
Monday: Hot dogs.
Tuesday: Tacos.
Wednesday: Hamburgers with chocolate milk.
Thursday: Sloppy Joe's and burritos in a bag.
"Friday was Pizza Day the best day of the week. All the kids would line up super early just to eat."
It was fun to post these pictures on Social Media and see who could figure out what we were doing.
