Corn Maze

Earlier this month we went to a corn maze in Grantsville.
It was on a family farm.
It was the families first year doing the maze so it wasn't the most challenging. But our kids loved it.
And they were proud of themselves for getting through the maze.
There were also animals there which the kids liked.
Look at Avery's pose in the next picture.

Since we couldn't push Ruby in a stroller through the maze she went in the baby carrier.

The kids were excited about finding real corn in the corn maze.

And they loved hiding in the corn stocks.

Avery especially loved hiding in the corn.

Lexi had a blast chasing a chicken.

And here's my unsuccessful attempt to get a picture of my children looking and smiling.
0/4. That's pretty normal.

Trip to Pumpkin Patch

Earlier this month, we went to the pumpkin patch down the street from us.
And I think we went there the year before that but I didn't blog about it, so I can't be sure.
Anyway, here are some pictures I took...

Eli was so excited about the tractor.

And Mr. Buddy loved running through the fields.

I love these candid shots of Avery being Avery.

My three kiddos. I sure love them.

Wouldn't Sean make a cute farmer?

The property is right not a busy road and next to a school so I don't get the best pictures.
But a cute old couple from our stake owns it.
And we have several friends that work at the pumpkin patch.
So we keep going back every year.

This picture was taken right before Eli fell in that whole. He wasn't thrilled.

On top of the world! Or at least the hay tower.

I love a good jumping picture.

Pumpkin Eli

I saw this idea on Pinterest years ago and decided to gave it a try.
I was surprised by how much Eli like being in the pumpkin.
It was a really great photo shoot because he could crawl away.
I'm pleased with the pictures I got.
I think I'll frame one and use it in my Halloween/ Fall decor.

When we were all done, I just carried him back to our apartment while he was still in the pumpkin.
I wish I had got a picture of that.
I had to place him in front of our door for just a few more pictures.

Once we got inside my fears came true.
He was stuck in that thing!
After a minute or so of trying to get him out I finally freed him.
