According to the pregnancy app on my phone, today marks 100 more days until my due date.
I'm not sure if that seems like a big number or a small number of days.
But I have no doubt that Thanksgiving will come quickly.
I will be 26 weeks along on Thursday and next week I start my third trimester!
I'm already six months pregnant.
...
I have taken several pictures of myself this pregnancy,
although not as regularly as I did with the others.
But I have been good about putting them in a separate folder.
So right now that are mixed in with the THOUSANDS of pictures I've taken this summer.
So for now these pictures will have to do.
Besides, how many pictures of me getting fat doing you really need to see?
These first two pictures are of me and my BYU-Idaho roommate Melissa.
In the pictures she's 34 weeks pregnant and I'm 24 weeks pregnant.
Melissa is having a boy and I'm having a girl.
Our shirts just happened to coordinate with our babies gender.
And here I am last week at 25 weeks pregnant.
...
I have had some insomnia with this pregnancy (I also did with Avery and Eli)
but I've slept a lot better since Lexi started school.
Waking up early to an alarm everyday is exhausting! So I sleep more soundly at night.
In the past week, I've started having sciatic nerve pain.
(It was so bad when I was pregnancy with Avery that I had to see a chiropractor regularly
through my whole pregnancy.)
I'm most in pain at the end of the night. I have a hard time getting in and out of bed.
Let me just say that nerve pain is, in my opinion, one of the worst things!
My feet have been sore not swollen just sore.
And my shoulders and back have been hurting more. I'm sure it's due to my bigger belly.
I'm also tired all the time but I've decided that that is not just due to pregnancy but being a parent.
I'm thirsty and hot ALL the time. The joys of pregnancy in the summer.
And I've been more emotional this pregnancy (like I was with Lexi).
I cry more often than normal and sometime because of the silliest things.

Lately, I've been craving baked goods, especially muffins and cinnamon rolls.
So lots of sugar! We'll see if I pass my glucose (gestational diabetes test) next week.
...
I feel the baby moving ALL THE TIME!!! She's so active just like her siblings.
I feel like she's continually doing gymnastics or having a dance party.
I can see my stomach shift around from all her moving.
She'll start moving even more when the girls or Sean talk to my stomach (which they frequently do).
She also seems to move more when Sean is playing his ukulele.
...
I started making bows again, even though we already have way too many bows.
But my style has changed. And bows are one of the best parts about having a little girl in my opinion.
We've bought a few warm outfits for the baby.
I also plan on getting her a few new blankets.
The car seat we used for our other kids expires the month after I'm due so I've been doing some car seat searching online and think we're going to buy this car seat.
...
I've been trying to decide what the kids sleeping arrangements will be after we have the baby.
I think I'll keep her in our room for a little bit after she's born.
I'll just have her sleep in the pack-n-play like I did with my other kids.
But after that I don't know what to do with her.
I'll put her in the crib in Eli's room and put Eli in one of the girls' beds in their room.
(So I'll have to buy a twin bed to put in Eli's current room and bed rails for Eli's new bed.)
I just can't decide who I should have sleep with the baby and who should share a room with Eli.
Lexi is older so I think I trust her more with a baby. But she has school and really needs her sleep.
Avery enjoys picking on Eli so maybe it would be good to separate them.
Plus Avery is a deeper sleeper.
I just don't know what to do or when to do it!
All suggestions are welcomed!

We still aren't totally sure about a name.
Sadie has been on my short list since I was pregnant with Lexi.
(I used to never know anyone named Sadie but now I know several.
It's getting more popular. One of Sean's cousins just named his daughter Sadie last week.)
My girls fell in love with the name Sadie too.
But Sean doesn't love the name like I do but I still have time to convince him.
Lexi came up with the name Ruby and we all like it.
We actually have been referring to the baby as Ruby sometimes.
(Although, Avery sometimes calls her Ruby booby.)
The middle name we've thought of to go with Ruby I just don't love. It's May. Ruby May.
I however, love the middle name I came up with to go with Sadie. Sadie Opal.
Opal is one of my absolute best friends. And I love her name. I really want to use it.
But I could never name a baby Sadie Opal. Too many gems in one name.
It will probably come down to what name we can agree on
and what name fits our daughter when we see her.
So you'll just have to check out blog in November to find out which name we pick.
