August 2018 - Washington Trip (Ty's First Oreo)

While we were in Washington, I walked into the dinning room to find Avery giving Ty his first Oreo.

I quickly started snapping pictures.

(I have pictures of all my other kids having their first Oreos.)

April 2018 - Ty's First Haircut

 A few weeks before his first birthday, I decided that it was finally time to give Ty his first haircut.

I was a little emotional about it.

He did better that I expected he would.

And I was surprised how much blonder he looked with short hair.

11 Months Old

 On October 25th, Sweet Ruby Tuesday turned 11 months old.

The poor girl was all banged up then though.

She had fell on her face the day before and cut up her lip.

Plus she was teething.

So I didn't take any pictures of her that day.

I did snap a few a week later.

She's had a runny nose and is get her 8th regular tooth and her first molar right now.

So life has been a little rough for our Princess.

 

I don't want to forget that the day before Ruby turned 11 months old she started crawling.

She crawls easier on the carpet upstairs.

Downstairs on the hard floor she doesn't a sit crawl sort of motion.

I need to share some videos.



First Dance Recital

 Tonight the girls had their first dance recital.

They started doing dance at the beginning of the school year.

They have an hour class once each week.

They are learning tap and ballet.

Avery is in the same class as her cousin, Halle.

And Lexi is in the same class as her friend, Janessa, from kindergarten.

Here's some pictures I took of the girls before their recital.

so I won't have as much trouble keeping the boys away.)

Avery has such gorgeous hair and I love it even more when it's curled.

She's such a doll.

Lexi kept telling Avery that she looked like an orchestra conductor with her tails.

(They watch a lot of Fantasia.)

Eli's One Year Pictures

 Today Eli got his pictures taken at Foto Fly in Draper.

My friend Jennie today me about them and I'm so glad she did.

We're actually going back on Wednesday to get family pictures taken.

There is no studio fee. And it's $88 for a CD with all the pictures.

The sessions are 45 minutes and there are so many fun backdrops and props.
