Playing in Mud Puddles

 It's rained pretty much every day since the dirt work was started on our yard.

It's been really frustrating because we thought we'd have our fence posts in

and our sprinkler trenches dug by now.

But one good thing has come of all this rain, huge mud puddles.

Perfect for jumping in.

And that's just what I let the kids do Wednesday afternoon.

They had so much fun.

And I loved watching them and capturing that moment on camera.

It's hard not sharing every picture I took, because these candid shots are awesome.

I hope that my kids will look back at that childhood with lots of fond memories.

I'm sure I'll look back and these pictures someday and cry.

Childhood is magical!
