A few weeks ago I re-did my recipe binder
and since have been looking for more recipes to add to my collection.
I'm happy to report that I've found a some good new recipes that will make it into our dinner menu's.

The only thing that I needed to buy for this recipe was lime juice.
And you'll never guess the secret ingredient - a tablespoon of maple syrup!
And FYI, this recipe makes a ton! I had enough to feed 6 adults and still have lots of left overs.

I didn't have to buy a single ingredient for this recipe!
That my friends is what I call a success.
Also this makes a lot of food but I like left-overs so that's a good thing in my book.

These mashed potatoes are NOT healthy.
They have butter, cream cheese and half-n-half.
But they are yummy!
You don't even need gravy, they are just that good.
You use golded Yukon potatoes.
Also, this recipes makes a TON.

This is Sean's favorite new food we've tried.
I have to say that I loved them too!
They were easy peasy to make.
We're never going to used canned refried beans again!
You use dried pinto beans for these and they take 5 hours to make.
And they taste so authentic!
We made our beans to go with Huevos Rancheros which Sean and I both loved.

These are yummy, yummy!
I made these with frozen blueberries.
This recipe makes 8 muffins.
The streusel topping makes way more than you'll need.
You could half all of the dry ingredients in my opinion.

This next week I'll be trying a few more new recipes.
