Avery's Surprise Birthday Party

Lexi and I decided to throw Avery a surprise birthday party this year.

We decided to do it a few days before Avery's birthday since it was on a Sunday this year.

We did it on the Wednesday before since Wednesdays are the kids' early out days.

Avery went home with a friend that day.

And some friends came home with Lexi to help her decorate.

Here's Lexi and her friends Carrie, Charlize and Brylee who helped decorate.

I told all the other girls to come over at 3:15.

Here they are waiting for Avery.

I had arranged with Reagan's mom that at 3:30 I would text her to let her know that we were ready.

She told Avery that Lexi and her friends had baked some cupcakes 

and they wanted to share some with Avery and Reagan.

So Avery and Reagan walked over to our house.

When Avery walked into our living room, all the girls threw balloons and yelled surprise.

Avery was very surprised.

The first thing the girls wanted to do was give Avery her gifts.

Then the girls made friendship bracelets.

After that we had an ice cream sundae bar.

Then the girls headed outside and played truth or dare.

Avery had the best night. She was all smiles after everyone left.
She felt so loved.
