I've been wanting to go to the Festival of Trees since we moved to Utah.
And every year something has happened and we weren't able to go.
This year we finally went.
It was so impressive and so much bigger than I expected!
Everything on display is for sale. And all of the procedures go to Primary Children's Hospital.
Several of the items for sale and created in memory
of someone who has been a patient at the hospital.
There was a section of Nativities.
And then there was a gingerbread house section.
I was blown away by people's talents!
And there were several other random items donated.
Of course, we love this Harry Potter set up.
And of course, there were trees, hundreds of trees.
They were incredible!
It would be so awesome to buy one of them.
Look at this one with a Christmas Story theme.
Ruby loved this pony tree.
Eli was excited about this Hot Wheel tree.
This was our favorite tree...
There were miniature trees too.
The kids thought that this tree would be perfect for their grandpa Christensen.
Lexi loved this bunny tree.
There was a section of wreaths.
And there were blankets for sale too.
Avery was such a trooper on this outing.
About an hour before we left, Lexi slammed the door on Avery's big toe.
Eventually Avery lost her toe nail because of it.
She was limping all night and in pain but hardly complained.
Another great activity to start off the Christmas season.
