Per tradition, we let Lexi open her gifts one at a time, through out the entire day.
She spent the day enjoying her gifts and playing.
She got a Lego set. We set up and folding table and spent a lot of time working on that.
Lexi also wanted to decorate her cake. She's done this a few years in a row now.
She wore her brand new shirt that her friend Brylee had made for her.
Sean parents showed up just in time for dinner.
We had one of Lexi's favorites, fried chicken and mashed potatoes.
Afterwards, we watched Lexi open her last gift, which proved to be the most entertaining.
Lexi learning to roller blade reminded me of Bambi learning to walk.
Then finally it was time for cake and ice cream.
We had a great day and I can't believe that I have a ten year old!
