August was a crazy month. Sean was very busy with an audit at work.
And I decided to go to visit my parents in Washington the week before school started.
I drove there and back with the kids by myself.
...
Ty turned 3 months old.
He finally started enjoying tummy time just in time for him to learn to roll over.
His siblings continued being obsessed with him, especially Avery and Eli.
Lexi enjoyed helping me in the kitchen.
These two loved playing in the backyard. They were made for summer.
One Sunday morning, I took pictures of whoever would let me before church.
Get ready for lots of pictures from our trip...
Traveling with a nursing 3 month old baby wasn't easy. We had to stop about every 2.5 hours.
We stopped at rest stops and the kids played while I nursed and watched them.
And then we'd let Ty stretch and wiggle.

We stopped at the Twin Falls temple.
We stayed the first night at my grandparent's house in Selah Washington.
The kids had a blast running all over my grandpa's property.
They had fun feeding the horses and chicken, climbing in the hay loft, running through the field, picking apricots and riding on the four wheeler.
My cousins Katie and Ashlee came over. And we got to meet Ashlee's daughter Scout.
After a fun morning at my grandparent's we headed over the Cascade mountains to my parents house.
My parents had "Harry Potter glasses" waiting for all the kids. They were excited.
Almost every time we go to my parent's house the kids wash their car.
My dad got a new scooter and the kids were all excited to ride it.
We went for a walk down the street to Flower World.
We went on a ferry boat one day. Eli was so excited. All of the kids loved it.
One the trip back, the kids walked on with my mom. They were so excited when I drove under them.
After the ferry, we played on the beach. It was rocky but the kids had a blast.
My friend Chelsi came over one afternoon and snapped some pictures of us in my parent's yard.
After that, Chelsi and her kids stayed and played all afternoon.
Another day we planted the flowers that the kids picked out at Flower World.
My friend Kaci came over one day. She brought donuts and supplies to make potions.
The kids were so excited. They were convinced that she must be Professor Snape's wife.
The girls made Ty a tiny crown.
Ty got lots of Grandpa time.
Lexi loves playing Rumikub.
We attempted to play lawn games.
The kids all went for a ride in Ryan's truck. They were so excited.
We were there on my dad's birthday. They girls were excited to plan a party for him.
We broke the drive home into two days. The first time we went to the Tri Cities.
We stopped at the Columbia River temple.
We stayed the night at my uncle Boone's house. Here's Lexi with my cousin Emma.
They are the same age.
They are the same age.
Ty had some blows on the drive home.
We drove past the Meridian Idaho temple.
We ate lunch at an elementary school in Burley Idaho.
We got back just in time to get ready for school.
We had our annual back to school feast. It was pretty low key this year.
Here are the girls with their teachers.
I'm pretty excited to spend lots of time with these three during the day.
