Lexi's Halloween Pictures

I'm a bit behind sharing these pictures but I didn't take them until this week.
Life was too busy the week before Halloween to take Lexi's pictures and the week after too.
And then it got cold. And I just haven't felt like taking her picture.
But I knew I'd regret it, if I didn't.
Plus she wanted a book with all of her pictures, like I promised I'd make Avery.
I was hoping to taking Lexi down to Temple Square to take her picture but it just hasn't happened.
I know I'll regret that.
Oh well, I'm 39 weeks pregnant and I should give myself a break.
Anyway, here they are! My six year old's bridal pictures...

Lexi hates it when I change her pictures to black and white.
But she loves it when I giver her something silly like green lips or rainbow hair.

I took Lexi to Gardner Village one afternoon this week. The lighting wasn't good.
And Miss Lexi was just being silly and not cooperating.
But that's never stopped me from taking over 300 pictures.
I'm determined! And I think I got some cute ones.

I'm trying to take lots of pictures of the kids now
so I won't feel guilty taking a million pictures of Ruby when she's born.

I put a tiny bit of make up on Lexi. She was so excited.
It's amazing what a little bit of blush and lipstick can do.
(And eye shadow and mascara.)

Check out that cute side profile and those long lashes.

Lexi's new go to pose is tilting her head to the side.

I love all the different backdrops at Gardner Village. It's a great place to take pictures.
I need to go there more often.

Lexi has already asked to me to compare these pictures to her real bridal pictures someday.
That will be adorable. But it's such a weird thought!

Avery's Halloween Pictures

A few weeks before Halloween my friend Jena found this spinning wheel at a garage sale.
Avery was so excited about it. I would totally go buy one if I knew where to get it at.
But since I don't, I just borrowed Jena's for pictures.

Avery already had this dress and tiara. So, I just had to buy her rose. Which I got on sale!

We took all of these pictures in our complex.
And Avery was really cooperative so it didn't take long either.

I had fun playing around with these pictures in Photoshop.
Avery as already asked me to print all the pictures and make a book for her.

Incase you are wondering, yes I did put make up on Avery.
I use lipstick, a lit blush, shimmery eye shadow and a little mascara on her top lashes.

I love these pictures so much. I know I'll cherish them forever!

Eli's Halloween Pictures

I thought it would be "fun" to take Halloween pictures of the kiddos.
Okay, okay, I didn't think it would be fun
but I thought I'd enjoy having pictures of them in their costumes.

I was lacking all and any creativity with Eli's costume.
He didn't care what he was and I didn't care either.
So I just bought him a bear hoodie and called it good.

I played around with some of the pictures in Photoshop.

Oh my gosh! I love that chubby round face.

I took all of these pictures in our complex and within five minutes.
I was pretty happy with the results.
