Bear Lake - Traveling There, Temple & Throwing Up

I just want to start by saying, "MY MOM ROCKS!!!"
Let me explain.
A while back I was telling my mom that I had been looking at pictures of Bear Lake and wanted to go.
My parents are a part of a time share.
They have access to resorts all over the world.
Well guess what, there is a World Mark resort in Garden City, Utah.
My mom asked me if my family would like to go.
She made the reserve for us.
Isn't she the best?!
We were so excited.
This is the first time that our family has gone on a vacation
that didn't included visiting or traveling with extended family.
Thanks a million Mom!
The best why I know how to thank my mom is to share lots and lots of pictures of her grandbabies.
So here is the first of many posts about Bear Lake.
...
Here's Lexi finding ways to entertain herself on the drive.
This is Eli's little floaty boat for the pool.

We stopped in Logan to walk around the temple.
The last time I went to this temple was my Sophomore year of college.
It's gorgeous!
I was so excited to go. My girls were too.
I showed Lexi pictures of the Logan temple a few days before our trip and she squealed with excitement.
It looks like a castle, so she was beyond excited.

I love my little girls!

It makes me so happy to see my kiddos at the temple.

Lexi all wet after playing with the fountain.
This girl loves water!

My handsome boys.
I hope we have at least one more son.

As soon as the girls saw the hill on the backside of the temple they instantly began rolling down it.

Isn't this temple amazing?!
It really does look like a castle.

The canyon between Logan and Bear Lake is a very curvy road.
Poor Lexi gets sick in the car easy.
She told me she wasn't feeling well just a second before she threw up.
I threw her this cup but she never used it.
She just threw up all over herself and down the side of the seat and on my brand new shirt.

And now a few scenic pictures.

I didn't see a single (real) bear at Bear Lake but we saw thousands of cows.
Which my girls thought was pretty cool.

Finally out of the canyon and here's our first glimpse of the lake.
