Get ready for lots of pictures!
I took 308 pictures yesterday and have narrowed it down to just the 46 I'm gonna post.

...
We drove up to Tremonton yesterday morning.
It's a small town an hour and a half north of where we live.
It's where Sean's dad grew up on a dairy farm and where Sean's mom is now buried.
...
Sean's sister Michelle and here family have a tradition of going up every year on Mother's Day weekend.
So we call went up there together.
We put flowers on her grave.
(There was already a heart shaped wreath on it when we got there.)
Here's a picture of Avery, Parker, Halle and Lexi with Pam's headstone.
Here's Michelle with her kids.
Our family.
I still sometimes can't believe that there are five of us.
This was Eli's first time visiting the grave.
Avery's too but she was too busy running looking at all the flowers around to sit and take a picture.
Here' Michelle showing the kids some pictures of their grandma.
Right before we left Sean went back to look at his mom's grave by himself for a few minutes.
I snapped some pictures of him. This pictures makes me teary eyed.
Sean and I had decided that if we were gonna make the three hour (round trip) drive up there
we need to stay and while and do some fun stuff.
So we went to a park just a mile from the cemetery.
Sean and the kids had a blast all swinging together.
Poor Justin got stuck pushing the kids since none of them know how to pump.
After swinging and playing for a little bit, Michelle and Justin's family left to go to Red Robin.
That's what they've always done after going up to the grave.
We stayed at the park another two hours after they left.
Our girls ran through some sprinklers, play at the play ground,
played with a giant ball, did side walk chalk and bubbles. And we had a pic-nic.
It was so much fun. I'm glad we stayed.
...
At one point Sean was swinging with the girls.
He jumped off his swing and got some good air.
Avery was watching and exclaimed, "That's Awesome!"
It might because we've always lived in small apartments but our girls absolutely love being outside.
They just love having space to run and play.
We all cannot wait to have a backyard!
After the park we headed to downtown Tremonton.
Sean came to Tremonton every summer as a kid.
Sean remembers going to a store called King's
and remembers his dad giving him $5 to buy any toy that he wanted.
So that's what we did with our kids.
(Doesn't it look like Lexi is doing the robot?)
Here's the kids with their new toys.
The girls both got new kick boards for the pool and Eli got a ball.
The lady in front of us in the check-out line looked at our family and smiled
and then repeatedly told me that we had such a beautiful family.
It made my day.
And I have to say that I couldn't' agree more.
...
Outside the store they had an area for kids to pick out and pot their own flowers
and make cards for Mother's Day. All for free.
After that we went to Brigham City on the way home.
We parked at the tabernacle and then walked across the street to the temple.
The tabernacle and the temple are literally across the street from each other.
Whenever we go to any temple my girls hope to see a bride.
There were no brides outside the temple
but there were two families all dressed in white who had just been sealed.
And there were lots of flowers to smell.
Whenever we go to a temple I always try to take lots of pictures because when we get a house
I'm going to have a wall just dedicated to pictures of us at all the temples we've gone to.
After the temple we walked across the street to a grocery store and bought a few things at the deli
and some ice cream sandwiches and then headed back to the tabernacle for another pic-nic.
Eli was such a good baby.
He napped in his carseat and stroller.
Yesterday while we were out I noticed that his fourth tooth had cut through.
(He had just got his third tooth the day before.)
While we were eating Eli was trying to grab at all of our food.
So I just gave him some of our potato wedges and he loved them.
He didn't even seem to mind the seasonings!
I am not always sure what to feed this kid
since he's the size Avery was when she turned two but is only six months old.
The girls had a great time at the tabernacle.
They ran around and just played together.
I got these candid pictures of them playing happily on the steps together.
It's moments like these that Sean and I will treasure.
The girls also had a fun time playing with ants.
They really are Sean's kids because he loved ants as a kid and actually still finds them fascinating.
I love this candid picture I got of Sean kissing Eli.
Sean is such a great dad and really loves our children.
Here's the backside of the tabernacle.
It really is a beautiful building. I wish we could have gone inside.
After that the kids were tired and so we headed home.
We drove past this sign and I had to laugh because it's a funny claim to fame.
Main street is lined with trees.
The girls napped on the way home and Eli happily babbled and played in his carseat.
When we got home we weren't ready for the fun to be over.
So we decided to head over to our hot tub (which is really more like a warm tub)
and let the girls try out their new kick boards.
This was also the first time Avery got to try her new floating jacket that she got for her birthday.
She doesn't like the feeling of floating and not touching the bottom.
Which I can understand.
So we'll be working with her on that this summer.
Eli just ate and watched the whole time.
Sean and I are focusing right now on slowing down and simplifying our lives.
I'm so glad that we decided to spend the entire day together as a family.
We had a great time just being together and created some great memories.
