Student Leader of the Month

 Lexi's school is a "Leader in Me" school.

They have adopted Steven Covey's "Seven Habits for Highly Effective People."

Lexi learned a song with actions about all of the seven habits and sings it all the time.

Each month they focus on a different habit.

The student that most exemplifies that habit is nominated by their teacher

 to be the Student Leader of the Month.

Each classroom's Leader was invited to come to a special breakfast this morning.

The lunch was in the library and it was sponsored by Chic-Fil-A.

The cow was even there.

Lexi wasn't excited about that cow.

She was watching him the whole time hoping he'd keep his distance.

Luckily, he did.

Here's a picture of all the Student Leaders.

Lexi ended up sitting by the cow but she didn't cry or scream. She was brave.

I'm so proud of Lexi.

She's such a good student.

She's so obedient and well behaved at school.
